At HexClad UK, we stand behind our products with a 30-day risk-free trial, allowing you to return your cookware for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to start the request.

  Print Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid Royal Mail or courier return shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Items

  Securely place your HexClad products in their original box, ensuring the return slip is included inside the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
